Dota - MU vs Barcelona

At the 10 mins, Eto playing nerubian assasin came from behind and stun both Van der sar and Ferdinand. He backstab both of them and score a first blood . They push at the bottom tower and break it.
The game is very one sided as Barcelona is pushing at MU side. MU cannot fight back.
However, at the 25 mins , Ronaldo and team make the push to the middle tower. Ronaldo (tiny) misses stunning Puyol. So, they keep attacking the middle tower. However, Victor Valdes(levithan) super stun all the hero. He denied Park Ji Sung from destroying the middle tower. What a waste.
Barcelona Messi was farming very well. He is very fat. MU was unable to counter him.
MU team go for the gangbang at the top tower. Ronaldo toss Park Ji Sung for the kill. Park misses for the final blow. It was close.
Ronaldo go for long shoot by using his stun. But it is misses and wide.
Tevex which has been in the bench farming is back to the match. At level 16, travex damage is high. He went for the kill. However, Tevex damage is nullified by Puyol. Puyol (bane elemental) reduce Tevex damage.
Messi is fat. He went for a double kill at the 70 mins. With his ice dragon, Messi is godlike. Ferdinand(furion) was unable to catch Messi with his sprout trees. As a result, MU main top tower has been destroy. Bigger creep is spawning at the top.

Welcome to the first DOTA COMPETITION 2009. You all have the chance to be winners of this year dota competition.The competition is to find the hero which travel fastest from sentinel tree to scourge main tower. Let the race begin!!!!
The rules for participating are:-
1) hero must be level 25.
2) allow to use magic power.
3) map for scourge is unviewable. No maphack please. Only sentinel towers is viewable.
4) No item allowed.
5) No -wtf mode.
6) Cannot use creep to help.
Winners will received kisses from lina and mirana!

Alot people ask me what is the most powerful dota hero. Well, every one has their own favorite dota hero.
Some like strength, some like agility and some like intelligent hero. But which one is the most powerful hero?
So, I did some research on the most frequent use hero. Here is the list

Armor & Damage Reduction
Alot people forget about upgrading their armor in dota. They usually buy damage item because they want to kill the opponent as fast as possible. Armor give you more survivability compare to damage item in battle.
Each increase in armor increases your effective HP by 6%. This means that having 1000 HP with 10 armor is equal to 1000 + (1000 * 0.06 *10) = 1600 effective HP. If you have 17 armor, your effective HP is double.
Armor will reduce the physical damage from your opponent. The formula to know the reduction of physical damage is 1 - ( 1/ (1 + (armor * 0.06)))
What is the best amount of armor should i get? Usually the more armor you have, the better. But as you can see from the chart, the most effective armor is 17. However, it is better to have 23-27 armor for end game because your opponent will obtain desolator or assault cuirass which will reduce your armor.
early game - 7 to 9 armor
mid game - 17 armor
end game - 23 to 27 armor

How do you calculate damage if you have kraken shell, a stout shield , a vanguard and armor?
This is the sequence for calculating reduce damage
1) stout shield or vanguard
- which last item you pick up or create will block the damage first. So if you have stout shield and vanguard in your item list, put down vanguard and pick it up again. Make it your primary reduce damage item.
2) kraken shell
- if stout shield or vanguard could not protect you, then kraken shell will block the damage. However, if stout shield or vanguard block the damage, then kraken shell will not reduce the damage.
3) armor
- After blocking the damage from both above, the armor reduction is calculated.
One thing to notice is that vanguard could only block about 18 to 30 damage. If creep attack you below 40 damage, you will not received any damage. Early game to mid game, vanguard is very useful because you can dive in to the tower or creep and kill hero. It is useless end game when your enemy have 200+ damage.
What item can help increase your armor

How do you calculate the evasion percent if you have 4 butterfly?
How do you calculate the chances to block 40 damage having 2 vanguard?
4 Butterfly
Alot people misunderstand this,
Each butterfly gives you 30% chance to evade attack. So getting 4 butterfly will give you 120% evasion. Means you will not get hurt at all. Every hit on you will be evaded. This is godlike!!
Well, that is NOT true. If you have 4 butterfly, it will check each butterfly chances. First it check for the first butterfly whether it was evaded. If it was not evaded, it will check for the second butterfly, third , blah blah blah
So, what is the chances of evasion if you have 4 butterfly? The formula is this
% Evasion = (1 - ((1-0.3) * (1-0.3) * (1-0.3) * (1-0.3))) *100 %
= 75.99%
means for every 4 hits, there will be 3 hits which is evaded. It is still like godlike.
2 Vanguard
What if you have 2 vanguard on axe? 1 vanguard gives you 65% to evade 40 damage. Then having 2 vanguard will give you 130% to evade 40 damage. Means creep cannot hurt you at all.
Well, it is NOT true again.
% = ( 1-((1-0.65)*(1-0.65)) ) * 100 %
= 87.75 % to evade 40 damage
means that for 10 creeps that hit you, only 1 or 2 creep will effectively damage you.
1 butterfly + 1 radiance
butterfly gives you 30% evasion while radiance gives you 8% evasion. So what is the actual evasion? It seems to be 38% evasion
% = ( 1-((1-0.30)*(1-0.08)) ) * 100 %
= 35.6%
5 buriza de kyano
buriza give you 20% to critical 2.2x. So logically, 5 buriza will give you 100% to critical 2.2x. Very painful.
Well, having 5 buriza only give you
% = ( 1-((1-0.20)*(1-0.20)*(1-0.20)*(1-0.20)*(1-0.20) ) ) * 100 %
= 67.23 % to critical 2.2x
That is like for every 3 hits , there will be 2 hits which has critical.
Summary
All chances on dota is using this formula

DOTA - PKR VS BN part 2
Zambry is back ..This time he activated the blacksheepwall mode(cheat mode) and destroy the PKR mid tower easily. He proudly say he is damn pro and as powerful as Roshan except that he do not suffer any physical harm. Everyone wtf him.

DOTA - PKR VS BN
3 heroes from PKR switch to BN.. Now, BN are pushing at the mid tower. PKR is defending their tower as much as possible. Sivakumar was hook out. Zambry fresh meat him.
Suddenly, Nizar uses his ulti and score a TRIPLE KILL. It is a killing spree for PKR. BN heroes are out... PKR pushes and BN mid tower is down.
With a lagger and noob hero like Hee . BN is losing ground.
BN call for support and will be playing -who's your daddy... PKR want to remake game because too many leaver and noobie..
